ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

All items are shipped USPS Priority mail or GlobalPost. All items are insured for the amount of the purchase price, excluding shipping.

ONE OF A KIND items are available immediately and will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Items will be shipped via USPS Priority, 2-5 business days from the date it is shipped. International orders may take 2-3 weeks to arrive.


READY TO SHIP items can be expected to ship within 2-4 weeks of placing your order. 

MADE TO ORDER items currently have a production turnaround time of 6-8 weeks BEFORE shipping. You are purchasing an item that is handmade - designed and assembled by me.

CUSTOM ORDER items have a production turnaround time of 6 months.
Please allow me the time I need to bring your ideas to life, Babehammer style!

AS A TOURING MUSICIAN - ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO WORKING TOUR SCHEDULE

There will be parts of the year that I will potentially be on the road for 6-8 weeks at a time. Orders placed during that time will be delayed - all estimated shipping times will apply to your order upon my return. Please see the Events tab for upcoming schedules and events so you may be informed of potential delays and extensions. Tour schedules, event updates, and all possible delays will be announced via mailing list, social media accounts and shop banner. Please consider subscribing upon checkout for emails.

Are shipments insured?

Yes all shipments are insured for the amount of the item, excluding shipping charges. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we are able to file a claim, so please contact us immediately and take photos. We are not responsible for any packages lost or stolen after a delivery has been made and insurance will not cover these items.
 

What do I do if my shipment is delayed or seems to be lost?

Once your item is shipped, the control is out of our hands. If you have questions about your shipment, please use the USPS tracking info provided in your shipment confirmation email to track your package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
 

In many cases, your country may impose customs/import fees on items shipped from the US. These charges are unavoidable and we have absolutely no control over when or how much they charge. If you are an international customer, please check with your country's guidelines and fees before placing an order as we will not cancel an order based on these charges.

We do not change or embellish our customs forms.

As with any handmade or custom items, delays are always possible.
Shipping times for MADE TO ORDER and CUSTOM items may be extended for any reason, within ONE YEAR of original purchase date. Full refunds will only be honored without prior approval if your order is delayed longer than ONE YEAR from original purchase date.
Please be aware that ALL other refunds, returns or exchanges MUST be initiated by email.

When initiating a refund, return or exchange via email, please include your order number or reference to your order confirmation email, date of purchase and item/s in question.
Please do not send questions or concerns regarding your order via Facebook or Instagram messages. Any questions, concerns, or disputes addressed via FB or IG message will not be answered. This is in the interest of protecting your privacy. No information regarding your order will be released via instant message, text message, or DM under any circumstance, ever.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND REFUNDS/EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED WITHOUT APPROVAL.

Exchanges are subject to a $35 restocking fee and you are responsible for shipping it back to us.
You will be invoiced via email for the restocking and shipping label. Exchanges must be approved by email, so please contact us with any issues prior to shipping. Exchanges are permitted within 30 DAYS from the date that you received your order, with a $35 restocking fee. Past 30 days, exchanges will only be permitted upon approval.

 

To avoid potential issues, PLEASE read each product description thoroughly. We work hard to provide the information necessary to allow you to make an informed purchase. Please be aware of your measurements and follow the listing’s instructions to properly determine your measurements if required. Most issues are easily avoided by reading each item’s description in the listing. We do not allow returns based on buyer's remorse. Exchanges will be permitted within the 30 day allotment period - please contact us If you need to exchange your item.
 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label to the email address provided with your original order as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

What do I do if I receive my order and it's damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Please send detailed photos of the item, the packaging, and the damage - taken in daylight if possible. I will file an insurance claim and then I will send you a return label to fix or replace the item.
 

I ordered an item but it was the wrong size. What can I do?
Alterations and adjustments will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

READY TO SHIP items can not be altered or adjusted.
MADE TO ORDER items can be altered or adjusted on a case by case basis.
CUSTOM ORDERS are exactly that - your exact measurements are required BEFORE placing your order.

It is up to you, the customer, to make sure you are ordering the right size as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have questions about sizing you are always welcome to contact us BEFORE you place your order. If you received the wrong item, you must initiate a return via email. As mentioned above, exchanges are ONLY permitted within 30 days from the receipt of your order.
 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item/order, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. European Union 3 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once you’ve initiated your RETURN/EXCHANGE or REFUND claim via email, you MUST ship your item back to us via the shipping label provided. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@babefindergeneral.com
